1.2. Cancellation Before Shipping: You may cancel your order and request a full refund if the cancellation is made before the card is printed and shipped. If the card has been printed but not yet shipped when you request cancellation, no refund will be processed.

1.3. Cancellation After Shipping: Once the product has been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled, and refunds cannot be issued.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

2.1. Return Due to Damage: If your NFC business card arrives damaged, cracked, or with printing defects, you may request a return for a replacement at no additional cost. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt with photos documenting the damage.

2.2. Replacement Process: Upon verification of the damage, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly send you a replacement.
